"I can't imagine life without vision. Even with bad eye sight my glasses served their purpose. However, it wasn't until I actually had the LASIK surgery that I realized just how much better it is to see perfectly with your own eyes! I live in the Rocky Mountains (Aspen, CO) and sell art. I never really saw how stunning the world around me was with glasses. In glasses, I always felt as though I was watching the world as though watching television. Now, I feel like a part of the world.
