Cash or Check
LASIK Eye Institute accepts cash or personal checks for the initial comprehensive exam (currently $150). You may pay any remaining balance with cash, money order, or cashier's check. LASIK Eye Institute does not accept personal checks over $150.

Company Flex Account

Insurance Coverage
Most insurance companies do not cover refractive surgery (laser vision correction). If your company offers coverage for the procedure you are having done, our staff will assist you in obtaining the necessary information so that you will be properly reimbursed by your insurance company.
